SnapSeal Pro works with virtually all standard plastic food bags — chip bags, snack bags, cereal liners, frozen food bags, and general purpose resealable plastic bags. It does not work with foil-only bags, thick vacuum-seal bags, or paper bags.
Press the power button to cycle through 6 heat levels displayed on the LED. Level 1–2 is for thin delicate bags (chips, crackers). Level 3–4 is for medium bags (cereal, snacks). Level 5–6 is for thicker bags (freezer bags, heavier plastics). Start low — you can always go higher.
The cutter is located at the end of the device. Slide the bag edge into the slot and pull across to create a clean, straight cut. This removes any torn or uneven edges before sealing for a better airtight result. The blade retracts when not in use.
No. SnapSeal Pro is an electronic device and must not be submerged in water or placed in a dishwasher. To clean, wipe the exterior with a slightly damp cloth. The heating element can be wiped with a dry cloth after it cools.
Each SnapSeal Pro comes with: 1× SnapSeal Pro unit (your chosen color), 1× USB-C charging cable, and 1× printed user manual. No batteries or charger block needed — use any standard USB-C adapter.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery to continental US takes 7–15 business days. Alaska and Hawaii may take 10–18 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Yes! All orders ship free to any US address. There is no minimum order value required for free shipping. What you see at checkout is what you pay — no surprise shipping fees.
Currently we ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding to Canada and international markets in 2026. Sign up to our email list to be notified when international shipping is available.
Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure payment system with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Yes. We use industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption and are PCI-DSS compliant. We never store your full card number on our servers. All payment data is processed by Shopify's certified payment processor.
Yes, payment is charged at the time of purchase. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately. If your order is canceled for any reason, a full refund is issued within 3–5 business days.
Returns & Refunds
You never need to ship the product back. If you're not 100% satisfied for any reason, just email us at support@snapsealpro.com with your order number. We'll issue a full refund or send a free replacement — whichever you prefer. No return shipping required.
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at support@snapsealpro.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We'll ship a replacement within 1–2 business days at no charge to you.
Once we approve your refund request (no return required), it is processed within 1–2 business days. Depending on your bank or payment method, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Technical
A full charge provides approximately 300 sealing operations. For typical household use of 3–5 seals per day, that's 60–100 days per charge. A full recharge takes approximately 90 minutes via USB-C (5V/1A).
First, try a different USB-C cable and adapter (5V is required — fast chargers above 9V may cause issues). Check that both ends of the cable are fully inserted. If the LED doesn't respond after 30 minutes, contact us at support@snapsealpro.com for a replacement.
Three common causes: (1) moving too fast — slow down your glide speed; (2) heat level too low for the bag thickness — try increasing by one level; (3) wrinkled bag edge — use the cutter to trim before sealing. Run the sealer over the same spot twice if needed.
