Tracking information can take 3–5 business days to appear after you receive your tracking number. This is normal — it means your package is being processed at the carrier facility. If there are no updates after 7 days, please contact us.
Address changes can only be made within 24 hours of ordering, and only before the package is dispatched. Contact us immediately at support@snapsealpro.com with your order number and new address.
First, check with neighbors and other household members. Carriers sometimes leave packages with neighbors or in unexpected locations. If you still can't locate it within 48 hours, contact us at support@snapsealpro.com and we'll investigate or send a replacement.
