- You choose: a free replacement unit shipped to you at no cost, or a full refund to your original payment method.
You Never Ship Anything Back
We will never ask you to mail the product back to us. No return labels, no USPS drops, no packing required. Simply contact us and we handle everything from our end.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product — email us at support@snapsealpro.com with a photo. We will ship a replacement within 1–2 business days at zero cost to you.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days of approval and returned to your original payment method. Allow an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.
