Our Promise — No Return Shipping Required

We stand behind every SnapSeal Pro we ship. If you're not completely satisfied — for any reason — we will make it right. You will never be asked to ship the product back to us.

How It Works

  1. Email us at support@snapsealpro.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. If the item arrived damaged, please include a photo.
  2. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
  3. We will send you a free replacement unit or issue a full refund to your original payment method — your choice.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for funds to appear after we process the refund, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us at support@snapsealpro.com with your order number and a photo. We will ship a replacement within 1–2 business days at no cost to you. No return shipping required — ever.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally.
